The Tunbridge Wells Foresters under 7’s Tandridge team played their first home game of the year on Sunday. The game ended in a 4-0 win for Foresters.
The game started at a fast pace and it took no time at all for the under 7’s to get used to slick playing surface. Foresters had the majority of the possession but West Wickham defended well and Foresters missed several good opportunities to open the scoring. However midway through the half Luca Nwanosike broke the deadlock from close range and at the end of the first half the score was 1-0 to Foresters.
In the second half with the Under 7’s the continued to pass the ball around and scored goals at regular intervals with Joe Pickett scoring a hat-trick. The match also ended up with Foresters keeping another clean sheet.
Well done to all the boys on a good display in difficult conditions.
