Tunbridge Wells Foresters U11 3 – 0 Glebe Lions U11 - Cup Quarter Final The match was fairly even in the opening ten minutes with no real chances created by either side, with Glebe seemingly determined to prevent Foresters playing their normal passing game. Half way through the first half Foresters began to enjoy some good possession and created several good half chances from the wide areas through Dumas and Pickett. Despite the Foresters first half dominance that saw the visitors not create a single shot on target the score remained even at the break. Five minutes into the second half a good pass from Dumas found Plunkett in space who rounded the keeper to give Foresters a deserved lead 1-0 lead. Foresters increased their lead on forty minutes, following another good passing move which found Dumas in space who held off his marker to finish superbly and make it 2-0. Glebe tried to force their way back in the match by knocking in hopeful long balls that were comprehensively dealt with by a strong and organised Foresters defence of Benton, Robinson, Pepper and Anderberg. With the game in the last ten minutes Foresters were awarded a penalty as Bonsall was brought down in the area; Pickett knocked in the spot kick to make it a very comprehensive 3-0 win.
