Pitch: Damn Shitty Weather: Damn HOT Team: Damn Good Turnout Subs: JC, Bull D, Koh, Ikester Justin(superman keeper) Flo Garrow Jase D Cheung Belgium Spenny Honestly, the Fellas played a very good passing game on a very large pitch. Really a 9 a side pitch. It was one of those games where u think, its gonna be a high scoring end to end thriller and it was. Just very few goals and 24 shots from the Fellas side. 17 of them didnt even came close to the target. That is a stat we have to work on. There were many substitutions for this game and I honestly couldnt remember any of them. But I will mention a few stars tonight. First, there was Jamaican superman Justin. The amount of super saves he has had in this game makes him more precious as the official Fellas keeper than playing out field. If we had a camera where we could replay some of his saves, judges would give a a solid 10 for awesome dives and lighting reactions. Without Justin, we would be down 5-1 to EE. Most of the shots were rebounds from the penalty area where the EE guys would come forth and try to hit the spectacular. Only to have Justin make an even more spectacular save. On the sidelines, all I heard were them guys saying "their keeper is too good". Well done Justin. Second, there was a little french man named Florian. As usual, he was a train running tirelessly up and down the pitch defending, attacking, defending, attacking...But he was also the only player that had the most chances and just couldnt finish them off. 3 unbelievable chances to be exact. The first one was a through pass from Jase and a one on one with the keeper. Flo tried a placement pass to the corner but no luck. Keeper was on it. Second one was the "Pirlo like" free kick from Bull dog himself outside the penalty box. Bull dog pretends to go for a hard shot only to chip it pass the wall and placing it right on top of Flo's head only to have Flo miss the goal by 3inches or so. Third was another one on one with the keeper where Flo tried to slide it pass the keeper with his left foot only to have the keeper make a very good block... again. Third, there was our aging but peppy striker Spenny. For once, he played like he was 25 tonight and a great assist from bulldog's throw in allowed Spenny to receive the ball on the left bi line and with a good fake, he passed the defender with ease , and smashed it into the left corner. Fellas 1-0. The goal actually happened early on in the second half but it felt like a distant memory with the amount of counter attacks both teams were performing due to the amount of space each player had on the pitch. I cant even begin to remember who went on for who but I do want to mention people like JC, Koh, and Jase really made an impact on the attacking side when they were on. Well done guys. EE werent that bad but the Fellas just played a great game with lots of conviction and most importantly, passion. Fellas attacked most of the time and I was really glad we left there today with a great win. Lets hit the top of the chart soon. Forza Fellas! THanks for our only spectator: Seba the German! Bull Dog
