East Riding Ability Counts Football League
The East Riding Ability Counts Football League is an amateur football league in the East Riding of Yorkshire, England. It was founded in 2010 to provide opportunities for people with disabilities to play football.
The league has four divisions:
- Division One
- Division Two
- Division Three
- Development League

Teams in the league can be made up of players with a variety of disabilities, including physical disabilities, learning disabilities, and mental health conditions. The league caters for all levels of ability, from beginners to experienced players.
The league plays its matches at various venues across the East Riding, including Hull University, Beverley Leisure Centre, and Cottingham Sports Centre.
