Midland Junior Premier League

The Midland Junior Premier League (MJPL) is an amateur football league for boys and girls aged 9 to 16 in the English Midlands. It was founded in 2009 and is currently in its 14th season.

The MJPL consists of two divisions, the Premier Division and the Division One. The Premier Division is the top tier of the league and is made up of 20 teams. The Division One is the second tier of the league and is made up of 18 teams.

Midland Junior Premier League action

The MJPL season runs from September to May. Each team plays each other team in their division twice, once home and once away. The top two teams in the Premier Division at the end of the season are promoted to the National League U18 North. The bottom two teams in the Premier Division are relegated to the Division One. The top two teams in the Division One are promoted to the Premier Division. The bottom two teams in the Division One are relegated to the Midland Junior League.
