Norfolk Combined Youth Football League
The Norfolk Combined Youth Football League (NCYFL) is an amateur football league for boys and girls aged 6 to 18 in Norfolk, England. It was formed in June 2016 by the amalgamation of three previous leagues: the North Norfolk Youth Football League, the South Norfolk Youth Football League, and the Norwich Youth Football League.
The NCYFL currently has over 500 member clubs and teams, and it organizes leagues and competitions for all age groups. The league also offers a variety of other services to its members, such as coaching courses, refereeing courses, and insurance.
History
The NCYFL was formed in June 2016 by the amalgamation of three previous leagues: the North Norfolk Youth Football League, the South Norfolk Youth Football League, and the Norwich Youth Football League. The decision to amalgamate the leagues was made in order to create a larger and more sustainable league that could better serve the needs of its members.
The NCYFL's first season began in September 2016, and it has since grown to become one of the largest youth football leagues in Norfolk. The league currently has over 500 member clubs and teams, and it organizes leagues and competitions for all age groups.
League Structure
The NCYFL's league structure is divided into three levels: Premier Division, Division One, and Division Two. The Premier Division is the top level of the league, and it is made up of the best teams in the county. Division One is the second level, and Division Two is the third level.
The NCYFL also organizes a variety of cup competitions, including the NCYFL Cup, the NCYFL Trophy, and the NCYFL Challenge Cup.
