Introduction

The Lincolnshire Co-op Mid Lincs County Youth Football League is an amateur football league for youth teams in Lincolnshire, England. It is affiliated to the Football Association (FA).

History

The league was founded in 1972. It currently has over 100 teams competing in a variety of age groups, from U7 to U18.

Structure

LINCOLNSHIRE CO-OP MID LINCS COUNTY YOUTH FOOTBALL LEAGUE action

The league is divided into two divisions, the Premier Division and Division One. The Premier Division is the top flight of the league, and is contested by the strongest teams. Division One is the second tier of the league, and is contested by the next strongest teams.

The teams in each division play each other home and away, with the top teams at the end of the season being promoted to the next division, and the bottom teams being relegated to the previous division.

The league also runs a number of cup competitions, including the Lincolnshire Co-op Cup, the Lincolnshire Co-op Trophy, and the Lincolnshire Co-op Challenge Cup.
