COVID CUP
The COVID CUP is an amateur football league that was created in response to the COVID-19 pandemic. The league is open to all players who are over the age of 18 and who have been affected by the pandemic, either financially or through illness.
The league was founded by a group of amateur footballers who were looking for a way to stay active and connected during the pandemic. The league has been running since March 2020 and has grown to include over 100 teams from across the UK.
How it works
The COVID CUP is a round-robin league, with each team playing each other once. The top two teams at the end of the season will compete in a final to decide the winner.
The league is played on a Saturday afternoon, with matches taking place at various grounds across the UK. The league is also committed to providing affordable football, with registration fees starting at just £10.
