This fixture usually has plenty of goals and this time was no different as we romped to victory scoring THIRTEEN without reply to make it two wins out of two in the league. With the gaffer away working it was the number 2 Craig Mitchell who took charge of the troops. Just the one change was made from the previous match as Darren replaced the injured Ryan in midfield.

Our opponents were struggling to get a team together pre kick off and they started the match with just 9 men before another of their players turned up second half giving them 10 men. With a two man advantage first half we had chance after chance and could easily have been into double figures, but settled for a four goal lead. Mitch put us ahead early on after being set up from Liam. Mitch then turned provider as he set up Darren to score. Jamie then hit the post twice with great efforts at goal before he eventually got his name on the scoresheet to make it three. McBee then hit the post with a strike from the edge of the box. Right on half time we added a fourth with Deano getting his first of the match.
HT 4-0
The second half went pretty much the same as the first with plenty of chances but we were more ruthless in front of goal. McBee, Mitch, Liam and Jamie scored in the opening 15 minutes of the second half to give us a commanding lead. Ecky then got the ninth before Deano added his second to make it double figures with still over 15 minutes to play. Lindsay then went storming up the park from defence, picked the ball up on the edge of the box and slotted the ball past the keeper to score. Mikey also got a goal, scoring against his former club to make it twelve before Deano capped off his man of the match performance scoring the thirteenth to complete his hat-trick. There was even time for Mikey to miss a penalty in the dying seconds as he ballooned it high over the bar.
