BBOB came into the game with back to back wins against Dragons who had not lost this season. BBOB started strongly with Ben on the right wing taking a free which was headed away by the Dragons defence in the first minute. BBOB pressed high with Joe attacking down the left flank and hitting a shot over the bar in the 14th minute and seven minutes later Ben hit a shot from the left wing which just went wide of the far post. H and Jac were controlling the midfield and Ben was attacking well down the BBOB right. The BBOB pressure paid off in the 24th minute, Joe was put through by Dan and he played a short ball into Seb who calmly slotted the ball past the keeper. In the 33rd minute Joe broke down the left again, cut inside and hit a shot which the Dragons goalie fumbled to make it 2-0 to BBOB. Dragons did not create many chances but two minutes before half time Mike in the BBOB goal mis-judged a cross, the ball fell to a Dragons player but was cleared away upfield by the BBOB defence, the ball eventually fell to Ben who fired a shot over the crossbar and BBOB went into the break 2-0 up. Dragons reorganised themselves at half time and attacked straight from the kick off, their striker pushing the ball just the wrong side of the BBOB left-hand post. The BBOB defence was being pressurised and the goal test, Adam was having a good game but in the process of clearing a long ball suffered a groin strain and was replaced by Fletch in the 53rd minute. From the resultant throw-in Dragons had a shot which was saved by Mike in goal and three minutes later he made another fine save from a Dragons free kick taken from their left. Ben, again was attacking at every opportunity down the right, receiving balls from H and Jac in midfield, Dan was also pressuring down the left. In the 60th minute Joe Howard brought down their attacker in the box, the referee pointed to the spot, with Joe receiving a yellow card. The penalty shot hit the BBOB left hand post and went out for a goal kick. Dragons scored a fluke goal in the 65th minute when their strikers shot rebounded off their own player and into the back of the net to make it 1-2. Luc Dyson made his debut for the Club in the 70th minute when he came on for Joe Marshall, BBOB were fighting back and putting equal pressure on the Dragons, Seb was put through the middle and running at goal when he was brought down by one of the Dragon defenders inside the box, the referee awarded a penalty which Dan took placing it wide of the goalie into the left-hand corner to make it 3-1 to BBOB. Two minutes later Seb was through on goal again, this time he got his shot away which went just the wrong side of the left-hand post. In the 83rd minute H picked up a yellow card for continual infringements. Dragons had not given up and five minutes into stoppage time their substitute force his way onto the ball and put his shot just wide of Mike into the left of the goal to make -2-3. BBOB held on for the final minutes for well-deserved 3-2 victory to make it three wins on the trot.
