Away league match played on 30 March 2013.
Kicked off at 1:30 PM

BBOB returned to winning ways with a battling performance against an improved Deans Dynamos team. BBOB welcomed the return of Howard Lloyd to the centre of midfield after a two game suspension. As no recognised centre backs were available, manager Steve Maskell made the late signing of former BBOB defender John Howard who partnered up with regular right back Paul Barton. Fletcher Elliot played in the right back position. Ben Wheatland replaced Matt Barton (who was helping out the second team) up front and partnered Adam Craig (Skin). Jamie Eade started in the left midfield position for the third game running.

It took a while for the game to settle, Deans Dynamos had the best of the early exchanges, forcing a number of corners but the BBOB defence cleared their lines well. After fifteen minutes BBOB started to take hold of the game and created some half chances, Jamie Eade made a constant nuisance of himself down the left but was unable to create the quality in the final third that he had shown in previous weeks. The best chance in the first half fell to 'flu-suffering' Michael (Titch) McMahon who managed to fire one of Jamie Eade's crosses high and wide.

Shortly after this, an error in midfield led to a quick break from Dean Dynamos, a cross was fired in, but luckily the awful pitch conditions went BBOB's way! Both defenders and attackers were unable to judge the bounce of the ball correctly, somehow the ball went through the BBOB defence to an unmarked forward who also misjudged the ground and missed the ball completely! A let off for BBOB as the game went to half time at nil nil.

The second half was all about BBOB, they had total control of the game but were unable to force an opener until the 65th minute, Jamie Eade found some space  and fired a decent shot towards the Dynamos goal and the keeper's finger tipped save kept the ball out. Shortly afterwards, a Ryan Satterly corner found it's way through a crowd of players and dropped kindly to midfielder Chris Thomas just inside the six yard box! He made no mistake with his toe-poked effort!

BBOB kept battling and pushing for the second goal, in the 75th minute, Dynamos made a substitution, their replacement player received the ball immediately and fired it past the static BBOB goalkeeper Craig Watson! A disappointing goal to concede by BBOB!

BBOB re-grouped straightaway and showed great character to continue to press for the winner they deserved. Centre back Paul Barton retrieved the ball in midfield and crossed the ball perfectly to Jamie Eade, who headed the ball beyond the opposition keeper into the back of the net. His effort was somehow ruled offside by the opposition's linesman/manager.

In the 83rd minute the winning goal came, again from a Ryan Satterly corner. His well struck kick was met perfectly by the head of new signing John Howard inside the six yard box and the ball flew into the net, to cap a great performance and a fine return to the BBOB ranks!

In the final moments the same player who scored the Dynamos goal came close again, luckily this time his shot was fired straight at goalkeeper Craig Watson who was able to make the save.

This was a good result for BBOB, after the previous week's disappointing results and with key players missing from the starting line up.
