AC MILANO'S STORY OF SUNDAY...THEY LOSE AGAIN & THIS TIME THEY GO DOWN 3-1 TO LOWLY CHEQUERS !
Ac Milano might aswell forget winning any matches this season unless they start scoring goals,not one goal a game but kill of opponents with 3/4 goals.Zubet Topi once again is the culprit as he missed two good opportunities & now he must ask himself "AM I REALLY A STRIKER OR AM I REALLY AN 11-A-SIDE PLAYER"...
Zuber Topi missed an open goal in the 1st half & a one on one with the keeper in the 2nd half...That just shows how confident he is up front from the man who said wil score 25 goals this season,Topi the rate you going we dont think you will hit the 5 mark...
Ac Milano once again should of been 2 to 3 goals up in the 1st half but all their shots were straight at the keeper...Fayaz Mehboob had a couple,Asif Giddi had one & Mohammed Yunus had one.Ac Milano went 1-0 down when an own goal was scored by Vasim Makan,he was so furious & upset with himself that he had to be calmed down by his captain Asif Giddi.At half time Chequers led 1-0...
In the 2nd half Ac Milano were on level terms when Lukman scores straight from a corner...It was 1-1 and it was all there for Ac Milano to win this game but it wasnt meant to be.Chequers took the lead again when a ball was played through & with Yan Mehboob chasing it instead of clearing it for a throw in he tried to take one touch too many & was robbed of the ball by the Chequers forward who scored a brilliant goal past the stranded stand in keeper player manager Siraz...Yan Mehboob new he wasnt the fastest on the pitch & should of done what most center backs would do and that is clear the ball,with him being the last man he shouldnt take risks like that...
Ac Milano were pushing for a equaliser and they should of had it when Zuber Topi was one on one with the Chequers keeper but he shot straight at the keeper...Chequers then took a 3-1 lead and it was game over,another poor performance by Ac Milano and another defeat...It looks like the players just love losing every week cause if every player on that pitch who put 100% for 90 minutes trust me they wouldnt lose but they would bury the opposition...Ac Milano's captain Asif Giddi who played in midfield had a very good game,Fayaz Mehboob looks good in that role aswell but his fitness lets him down & Talha Adam who gives 100% every week & goes on till the end was good on the day...
Ac Milano are losing silly games where they should of be beating the teams they play cause Ac Milano have more good standard players than their opposition every week but they are just not performing...Ac Milano did have players missing with Arif Mulla out as he was away for the weekend,Anis Patel who is serving a 2 match ban & Naeem Yusuf who has a fractured wrist...Im sure if Ac Milano have their best players available every sunday they would be winning games...
Manager Siraz & his no.2 Yakub Bhai wern't available to comment on the game...
Ac Milano are at home to Valentine United this sunday...
