In a display of football prowess, The Hunters faced off against Eynesbury Rovers Youth U12 Blue in a cup away match at Eynesbury Rovers on 16 November 2024.
The match kicked off at 11:15 am and ended with a resounding scoreline of 12-0 in favour of the visitors, showcasing their dominance throughout the encounter.
Town adopted the 3-4-1 formation, with Noah White in goal, supported by a solid defensive trio comprising Samuel Davids on the right, Jack Edwards in the centre, and Josh Cooke on the left.
The midfield was bolstered by Reuben Zimmermann and Will Stewart on the flanks, while Sam Godfrey and Magnus Kristensen operated centrally

In the 23rd minute, Henry Smith scored directly from a corner, taking advantage of a well-placed assist from Roman Lawrence Alexander.

Samuel Davids then had a chance to add to the tally but shot wide in the 24th minute.
Roman Lawrence Alexander was on target again in the 26th minute, scoring his first goal of the match with a left-footed effort, assisted by Stefan Marsei to make it 5-0 at half time.
In the second half Noah White, the goalkeeper, who was now playing as the striker with Henry Smith in goal made his mark by scoring in the 40th minute, converting from close range after a well-placed cross.

In the 51st minute, Jack Edwards had a chance to score from the penalty spot but hit the crossbar, trying a pananka.
However, the floodgates opened again as Stefan Marsei scored his first goal of the match in the 52nd minute, assisted by Roman Lawrence Alexander.
Marsei then added another in the 57th minute, with a close-range effort following a cross from Samuel Davids.
The scoring spree continued, with Noah White netting his second goal in the 59th minute, finishing from close range after an assist from Jack Edwards.
The final goal of the match came from Stefan Marsei in the 60th minute, sealing a remarkable 12-0 victory for Huntingdon Town with a left-footed shot, assisted by Sam Godfrey.
Stefanโs hat-trick earned him the Player of the Match accolade, as The Hunters showcased their attacking prowess and defensive solidity with players playing out of position all over the field in a match that will be remembered for its one-sided nature.
