Today's game against hersham was our first fixture against them so we didn't know what to expect.
The game started and it was quickly evident that hersham had a couple of very good players who were going to cause us problems.
The first 5 minutes was quite even. Max made a good save from a decent shot and we had a couple of chances that their keeper saved well. The game was then turned on its head with 5 minutes of superb play from us. Lucas scored a quick hat trick with three superb finishes. The first was a sweet strike from the edge of the box, the second a tap in after some determined play and the last was another great finish after some great play from Harvey. The confidence we gained from the lead led to some superb play and we created chance after chance. Harrison was unlucky with a couple if good strikes, Adam flashed one across the goal after a superb run and Harv clipped the bar with another Great strike. Our forth goal came from another fantastic long range effort. The ball fell to James on the edge of the box and his sweet right footed strike Flew into the bottom corner. We then took our foot off the gas and hersham got a goal their determined play deserved.
We started the second half excellently and the game was quick out of sight. Two quick goals from Harrison, one nice finish from the edge of the box and another after some great individual play , and another from Lucas put the game well beyond hersham. The boys kept their discipline and played superbly when we asked them to play out if position and added another two goals later in the half. A great run and strike from Tyler capped a superb game, and Harv with his customary long range effort put us 9-1 up. Credit to hersham though they never have up and worked max with 2 great shits that he was well up to. However they got the reward for their gutsy game. With two late goals. Overall a great performance again. The boys all kept going till the end and some if the passing was a pleasure to watch.

Tyler. Great game. Solid at the back and a superb goal he has deserved for a while.
Adam. Awesome. Some fantastic runs in the first half and some very unselfish passing deserved a goal for his effort.
Lucas. Another superb game. Clinical finishing combined with some superb passing. Great attitude when asked to play at the back.
James. Great game. Some superb tackling and passing and a wonderful goal.
Harvey. Fantastic again. Controlled the midfield with his intelligent passing and some great long shots. Superb goal.
Harrison. Superb game. Worked his socks off again. Two great goals and some very unselfish forward play. Man of the match.
Most easing thing today was the attitude of all the boys. They didn't get cocky or lazy when were leading by lots of goals and they all didn't moan when asked to play in other positions.
