After what was an end to end first half with both sides not taking there chances it was stalemate but Barnets had no reason to be down as we were the more dominant side thruought.
Some excellent football was played by the whole team and it was only a matter of time before Barnets got there just deserved.
With some great build play and solo skills by Daryl Barnets were rightly so awarded and free kick approx 18 yards out. With Micky having a pop at the last few he stepped aside for Callum to a have a crack... SCREAMER!!!! (To be honest keeper didnt move) but take nothing away from the shot itself... Great goal.
Now barnets had there noses infornt there was chance to push on and put the game to bed.
Chances came and went and White lion cound not handle the attacking football being played by Barnets limiting them to a small percentage of play in the 2nd half and being constantly on the back foot but the chances they did have Rob (goalie) was there to keep them at bay with some fantastic one on one saves to keep a clean sheet.
After numerous long thrown ins form Rob Charnley (stoke style) it was only a matter of time before we capitalised on one and that we did, BJ pouncing with the 2nd barnets goal!
Some players at this point bravely carried on thru with injuries but unfortunatley Aaron had to go off with Uncontrollable dizzy spells and was replace by Danny... Making an immediate impact he came close, likewise did callum and micky to try and get that 3rd but chances were missed!
Then in the 85min with a thru ball straight doen the middle Danny gets there ahead of the keeper and makes it 3 beautiful goals to zero...
Fantastic game to play in and watch... Great hard work all round defending from the front along with some great finishes in front of goal!!
