Today was another scrappy hard ground out result, it was also an odd one, as for how close it was for the first 80min I dont think jake had to make a save??
Which really speaks volumes for how well were defending and keeping teams at bay, today we saw them forced to hit shots from way outside our area which went wayward. (All day long)
This is great stuff that we must keep up!
The first 60mins we had a few chances that maybe we could of finished off??
We also saw a good old Psdl linesman in their man, as every shout he stuck his flag up and got the decisions, some were just, and some were just jokes!
However I do believe that if had of played on a better pitch with less Bobbles! We would of put some of our earlier chances to bed.
Our first goal today saw Packs chase after a through ball and slot it past the out rushing keeper to make it 0-1 60mins
After the goal things kind of stayed as they were? With us defending well keeping them at bay, and also probing and working hard at the other end!?!
Josh came on for john and went Lm, dan switched to Lb
A rash clearance seen us give them a corner, which was fired in low across the front post and found its way in via an arm a boot and another boot?!

On the restart Munya came on for nick who had been in the wars a bit! And we went a more orthodox 4-4-2
The impact that josh and Munya had on this game really turned the tie back in our favour.
Josh injected much needed pace and tenacity into our attack and gave them no time at all on the ball (much to their dislike) this really spurred us on at a key time in the game.
Munya showed some quick feet on a couple occasions and released some good balls,
Then he skipped past a couple challenges wide right came in and played the finest pass ive seen off the outside of his boot, that went in and around their defence for josh to storm in on at the back post and score
1-2 85mins
This goal took the wind right out of them and pushed us on.
Not long after our second josh picked the ball up centrally and played in Harry, who looked to go around the keeper, but for a defender's last ditch tackle, which saw him force his way past both and finish into the far side of the goal.

Again gents this was a hard earned result that you all deserve form front to back.
Motm today I gave to Macca as for the first 60mins he really kept us in this game, by driving them back and us forward!

So gents we now finally sit top of the league! However I must stress that we have played more games than most and can be caught by 5!! Teams
So we have to stay focused and carry on like we have been, by working hard and playing as a team, as it only matters who's top come the end of the season!!!!
We have 2 cup games up next against waytown and pymore, wins are must as we need all the momentum we can get for this final run in!
