Almost a completely new team with fresh legs but a very slow start from us. From the sides it looked like everyone was thinking "i can score here", the wings were pushed so high they were almost strikers, the midfield werent holding position and we werent passing so well.
This is the sort of situation where we need to "do the job right" and just play properly and sensibly and then if we get a few goals up against this opposition you can enjoy yourself more (although i would never recommend that as thats when you can slip the odd goal and create a game out of nothing).
Anyway, we did eventually get a goal and then another before conceding a sloppy goal and then pressing ahead. The goals i saw were Nash finishing off a fantastic passing team move with a chipped finish, a couple of cool finishes from Klysz and harbage (eventually) putting away a chance.
I apologise that im dragged all over the place at the moment. I am sorting out things so you will have a "manager" every week giving you their undivided attention whether thats me and/or someone else, it will happen. Its hard trying to organise things for me at the moment with the family.
Our quality in this game was always going to prevail but it didnt half take a long time to get things going. Anyway, a comfortable win in the end, well done to all 19 that turned up.
