It was 3-3 when these two sides met with Central grabbing 2 late goals after a goalkeeping error from Nol Lissey. With the ex-custodian already being removed from City, its time for current goalkeepers Van Der Min and Fudin to step up.
A win would see City extending their lead at the top of the table but Central FC who are title contenders as well, would want results to go their way to stand a chance at the title.
A change 4-2-3-1 formation, Ridwan decided to name a few surprising changes.
Min was in goal, the back four sees the renewed partnership of Aleef and Fred, Fizo starts for the first time on the right and Aziz on the left.
Captain Ryan and Indra was deployed as defensive midfield with Mizamura and Ahmad taking up the flanks with Duncan having a free role behind striker Gabir who returns after few games out.
On the bench, an unfit Riz who has a swollen ankle, Safiuddin, Xavier, Ridwan and surprisingly Bob.
3 mins into the game, Central FC took the lead. Captain Ryan tries to play himself out of trouble lays a rather soft backpass capitalized by Central's number 10, Sahril who slot pass Min.
City shellshocked. They dust themselves off but finishing was never there.
20 mins to the game, it was 2-0. Its another sloppy pass this time by Fizo and Central were suddenly getting away.
Bob was straight away sub on in replace of Fizo. City look more stable but weren't unable to pry open Central's defence.
They put 2 blokes on dangerman Duncan and Gabir was stopped at every dribbling attempt. It looks like Central FC has done their homework.
2 mins ro halttime, Ryan redeemed himself from earlier howler by latching onto Duncan's thru pass to pull a goal back for City.
Halftime for the first time City down by 2-1.
Halfte changes, Ridwan subs himself on to revert their tactical change of 4-4-2.
Ridwan had a glorious chance to pull them within a whisker but can only shoot wide from close range after goalkeeper misjudged Gabir's cross.
He then had a chance 1 v 1 against the goalkeeper only to have an excellent last ditch tackle by Central defender.
It was not looking good as Central went to add on 2 goals in quick succession, destroying City's confident.
Ridwan was then given his marching orders, a second yellow after kicking out at Central's defender number 30, which he then has to be separated after squaring up to Central's number 23, Matty.
Final score: Central FC run out 4-1 winners.
A City spokesman commented,"We were beaten by a better side. Kudos to Central. We were not in our game. We were totally off. Thats the reason we let in 2 goals from a defensive error. It could be better. Losing a goal is understandable but if you lost by 4 goals, something is wrong somewhere and the players did not have the mind set on the match. We're currently lodging a written complaint to the league organisers as Ridwan was verbally abused by the opponents. Whether he faced displinary action, thats not the question but what happen in today's match does not belong in the footballing scene. Its a sad that that Ridwan, our head coach have to endure the onslaught vulgarities by the opponents and he is deeply upset on it. We hope we can get something from the game this coming Sunday as we welcome arch rivals Woodlanderz."
