The KBVB (Koninklijke Belgische Voetbalbond) is the governing body of football in Belgium. It was founded in 1895 and is responsible for organizing all levels of football in the country, from the top division, the Jupiler Pro League, to the amateur leagues.
The KBVB 4e Provinciale B is the fifth tier of Belgian football. It is divided into 24 groups, each of which contains 14 teams. The teams play each other twice, once at home and once away. The top two teams in each group are promoted to the 3e Provinciale A, while the bottom two teams are relegated to the 4e Provinciale C.
