The Westbury Sports Club U8 Foxes Girls are a football team based in Bury, England. They compete in the Bolton, Bury and District Football League (BBDFL) U8 Girls (Russo) division.
The team was formed in 2022 by a group of parents who wanted to provide their daughters with the opportunity to play football in a safe and supportive environment. The team is currently managed by Mark Smith, who has been involved in youth football for over 20 years.
The Foxes have a squad of 12 players, ranging in age from 7 to 8 years old. The team trains twice a week at The Barracks Playing Fields in Bury.
The Foxes have had a successful first season in the BBDFL. They currently sit in second place in the league table, with 10 wins and 1 draw from their 11 games.
The team's next game is against Moss Bank Junior U7s Girls Emeralds on Saturday, July 9th. The game will be played at Moss Bank Playing Fields in Bolton.
