Stanton Ilkeston FC Laddies is a women's football team based in Dale Abbey, Derbyshire. The team was formed in 1999 and currently plays in the East Midlands Women's Regional League.
History
Stanton Ilkeston FC Laddies was formed in 1999 by a group of women who wanted to play football in the local area. The team started out playing in the Chesterfield & District Women's League, and quickly rose through the divisions. In 2007, the team joined the East Midlands Women's Regional League, where they have competed ever since.
The team has enjoyed a lot of success in recent years, winning the East Midlands Women's Regional League Cup in 2013 and 2014. They have also reached the final of the FA Women's Cup on two occasions, in 2015 and 2016.
