The Ishmen League Midlands football league is a regional football league in England. It is at Step 4 of the National League System, and is the fifth tier of English football.
The league was formed in 1982, when the Midland League and the Yorkshire League merged. The current champions are Walsall Wood.
The league consists of 22 clubs, and each club plays each other twice, once at home and once away. The top two clubs at the end of the season are promoted to the Northern Premier League Division One East, and the bottom two clubs are relegated to the Northern Counties East League Premier Division.
