The team is managed by Kim Rumbold, who has been with the club since its inception. Rumbold is a UEFA B licensed coach and has a wealth of experience in youth football.

The league is divided into a number of divisions, with the U15 Division 4 being the fourth tier. The teams in the U15 Division 4 play each other twice, once at home and once away. The top two teams at the end of the season are promoted to the U15 Division 3, while the bottom two teams are relegated to the U15 Division 5.
The league is a great opportunity for young players to develop their skills and compete against other talented players. The league also provides a pathway for players to progress to higher levels of football.
