Seaton Carew Girls 'Panthers' is a football team for girls aged 5-16 years old. They play in the Teesside Junior Football Alliance League (TJFAL).
The team was founded in 2008 by a group of parents who wanted to provide their daughters with the opportunity to play football. The team has since grown to become one of the most successful girls' football teams in Teesside.
The Panthers have won the TJFAL league title on four occasions, and have also reached the final of the Teesside Junior Cup on three occasions. The team has also produced a number of players who have gone on to play for professional clubs, including Jess Fishlock, who currently plays for Reading in the FA Women's Super League.
The Panthers train at Seaton Carew Leisure Centre on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 6pm-7pm. The team is always looking for new players, so if you are interested in joining, please contact the team manager, Sarah Robson, on 07717 463772.
