Rec United Football Club is a football club based in Berkhamsted, Hertfordshire, England. They currently play in the League 1, the third tier of English football.

History

Rec United was founded in 1902. They spent most of their early history in local leagues, but they were promoted to the Isthmian League in 1987. They remained in the Isthmian League for 20 years, before being promoted to the National League in 2007. They were relegated back to the Isthmian League in 2011, but they were promoted back to the National League in 2015.

Rec United have never played in the Football League, but they have reached the FA Cup first round on three occasions. They last played in the FA Cup in 2019, when they lost to Stevenage 2-0.
