The Sunday Central Afl is a football (soccer) league competition for amateur clubs in the Central Belt of Scotland. It was formed in 1927 and is sponsored by Foster's Lager. The association is affiliated to the Scottish Amateur Football Association.

The league has three divisions: Premier Division, Division 1A, and Division 1B. The Premier Division is the top division and has 12 teams. Division 1A has 10 teams, and Division 1B has 10 teams.

The season runs from August to May, with each team playing each other team twice. The top two teams in the Premier Division are promoted to the next season's Premier Division, and the bottom two teams are relegated to Division 1A. The top two teams in Division 1A are promoted to the next season's Premier Division, and the bottom two teams are relegated to Division 1B.
