History
Futbolo mokykla Naujoji karta was founded in 2007 by Saulius Cepkauskas. The team started out in the Lithuanian Third League and quickly rose through the divisions. In 2015, the team won promotion to the Lithuanian Second League.
The team has had a number of successful seasons in the Lithuanian Second League. In 2018, the team finished in third place, which was their best finish to date. The team has also reached the semifinals of the Lithuanian Cup on two occasions.
