The team was founded in 2014 and is the main feeder team for the club's senior team, which plays in the Surrey Premier County Football League.
The U18s have had a successful history, winning the Allied Counties Youth Football League Cup in 2019. They have also reached the final of the league's Premier Division on two occasions.
The team is currently managed by Mark Smith and trains at Hounslow Sports Ground on Tuesdays and Thursdays.

Allied Counties Youth Football League
The Allied Counties Youth Football League is a primary competition for 16 to 18 year olds at semi-professional clubs across the Thames Valley.
The league was founded in 1972 and currently has 24 clubs in its Premier Division. The top two teams in the Premier Division are promoted to the Combined Counties Football League at the end of each season.
The Allied Counties Youth Football League is a well-respected league and has produced a number of professional footballers, including Ashley Cole, John Terry, and Joe Cole.
