More about the team
This team was formed in 2012 at the Canterbury Eagles Saturday Soccer School for ages 7 and below. The team joined the East Kent Youth League and began official games at U8's. The team still has one of the original players. Our aim throughout the seasons has been to teach the players as much core knowledge and practical aspects of football, to enable them to play the game in a fun and confident way. Each season the teaching become more complex to broaden the players depth and understanding of the game. This keeps them engaged knowing there is always more to learn and benefit from. The teachings also encourage skills to be used outside of football and in general life, like socialising, working as a team and responsibility. We welcome everybody of all abilities to come along to training.
