East Kent Youth Football League
The East Kent Youth Football League (EKYFL) is an amateur football league for youth players in East Kent, England. It was founded in 1972 and currently has over 100 teams competing in its various divisions.
Divisions
The EKYFL has a number of divisions for players of different ages and abilities. The top division is the Premier Division, followed by Division One, Division Two, and so on. There are also a number of cup competitions, including the EKYFL Cup, the Kent Junior Cup, and the Kent Youth Cup.
Teams
Some of the most successful teams in the EKYFL include Canterbury City, Deal Town Rangers, and Faversham Town Youth. These teams have won numerous trophies and produced many talented players who have gone on to play professional football.
Venues
The EKYFL matches are played at a variety of venues across East Kent, including schools, parks, and sports grounds. The league also has a number of permanent pitches, including the EKYFL Stadium in Canterbury.
