We did'nt play to our strengths but when we did we created enough chances to win the game & should have won the game.
I thought our defence played well but were still missing a BIG voice & a born leader.
Bret Cooper made some great saves again but a moment of lack of concentration conceded us a goal. Major improvement this season on his goal kicks.
Jack Cresswell is so far the most improved player this season & did'nt put a foot wrong in another fine display.
Craig Beard solid as a rock coming of age must improve on corners in the opposition area & pace.
Pip Cartwright solid as a rock showing great experience must improve on corners in opposition area & pace.
Craig Smith 'Mr Reliable' does'nt matter where he plays across the back four always known as Mr Consistant.
We tried Tom Hodson on the right midfield & he did ok in spells not as effective as in the centre of the midfield but i wanted to try something different.
Nick Harris & Ste Rhodes worked well together & did well in the first half to close down the opposition & stopped them from playing. Can't knock the work rate sometimes both players a little bit narrow vision. Must try & see the game as tho watching a movie on 'wide screen'. Must try get ball out of feet faster.
Tom Anns stood out like a sore thumb on the left midfield & evey time he collected the ball he delivered the right pass or the right cross into the danger area & was rewarded for his efforts with a fine goal. Must improve fitness for rest of season.
Callum Mayhew did'nt stop running his desire to win is 110% & in my eyes is a born leader & was rewarded with a neat finish. Played to his strengths & was nice to see him put foot on ball look up & play the easy pass.
Robbie Bowker found himself in all the right positions when the ball was played into the area. The celtic spartans goal keeper made some fine saves on another day we all know Robbie would have had 4 or 5 goals. Unlucky with one effort that hit the cross bar. Losing weight has made Robbie look more slim line faster & sharper player in the box just like the Robbie Bowker i new as a kid keep it up Robbie it will come. Nice to see you working hard to improve your game.

Jack Harris made a massive impact on the game when going onto the field of play. Looked fast, skillfull, got stuck into tackles showed a real will to want to win the game. Just needs to plant feet when bigger players try take ball off him from behind.
Richard Bradshaw was'nt his best game but was'nt his worse made some great tackles & put one or two good balls over the top. Needs to get ball out of feet faster. Must improve on pace & fitness.
Ben Godding like Tom Hodson i played him out of position as i wanted to experiment on the right midfield did ok in spells put some decent crosses into area. Lacked pace in the game but also showed a mature side to his game. Must improve on pace only you can do it Benny.
