The eighth game of the season starts under very tricky condition and can be said as the toughest condition for the team to encounter this time.
The game starts with Alpha take the kick off. The rain is light but fast start to fall within a few minutes. Alpha take charge this time with a series of attempts and corner kicks thanks to those attacks by Alpha's striker lead by Allix and Mujib. It seems Alpha take a early steps try to lead the game but most of them is miss to find the net. A memorable moments are the miss slides by Mujib and Sam, failed complete the pass to find the early goal. The intermittent rain worsened the gameplay due to sudden heavy rain and lack of visibility. Omega attempt at this period is just one shot.
Omega however manage to arrange the attack once the rain started to cease but the attempt manage to be clear by Alpha's defender, Peijal thus gave them the corner kick. This is the turning point for Omega as a corner kick taken by Renu is perfectly completed by their lead defender, Afif who head the ball to score his first ever goal this season to take Omega lead.
With the intermittent rain still coming, it seems doesn't stop Omega to keep attacking Alpha with the combination of their midfielder by Moss, Yo and Wan Cho try to launch the attack for their second goal. Another free kick be gave to Omega due to tackle by Alpha left back, Nuri be taken by Yo but is going high. Alpha try to balance back the game but keep be failed by Afif and Yasir as Alpha try to attack from Omega left side. The advantage goal by Omega stay with them until end of first half.
For the second half both Omega and Alpha make changes with Syamil subs with Fahmi and Boy swap with Mujib.
After the kick off, Alpha start with pressing to the Omega defender line with the aim to start score their first goal. Their effort finally show the impact as a fast through ball by Boy on the Omega left side manage by Allix to run and score the equalizer for Alpha. This goal sure gave Alpha a relief as they been press so hard from the first half.
The rain start to falling again and the condition is quite dark make limited visibility. However, it doesn't stop Omega try to attack again with series of dangerous attack from both right and left side. One solo attack by Renu is missed when his kick going high. Another attack by him is missed when his kick hit the post denied him another chance to score.
Alpha also have few tries as one of them by Boy thanks a cross from left side but his header going up pass the goal post. Ti also have a chance to score but his try also goes high.
Going a final minutes, Omega seems already control the game with multiple attacks by their winger and striker. Alpha have an issue to get the ball to their striker with Najmi and Moss successfully held the ball on their possession.
The game end with a draw for both side. This is the first draw result for both end. Overall, both side are having difficulty to play in the wet condition. The gameplay quite slow due to wet and the condition also could be affected players mental as well. This is one of the new aspect that team need to train as we need to play in whatever condition.
In terms of gameplay, for both Alpha and Omega defenders are discipline and well guarded their post. For strikers, the finishing for this game is excellent but still need some killing instinct to create and score the goal.
For the midfield side, Omega midfield is more organized gameplay and manage to through the ball to their wingers and strikers effectively. Alpha's midfield have less effective gameplay even they seems hold more ball but quite often loss the ball back to their Omega counterpart thus failed to send the ball to the striker and forced defender to hold tight against continuous attacks from Omega strikers.
This is a few things that can be reorganized for the team to face any matches in the future.
