On a fine day in the Lancashire sunshine, Hoole 2nds got back to winning ways following a professional performance against a bang average Ecclestone side.
Hoole were 2-0 up inside 4 minuets, when Dave Whittle broke twice, before finishing the move twice. Both goals were almost similar.
Hoole huffed and puffed the game to bed, with the Ecclestone side clearing the ball off the line 3 times, and this was followed by an outstanding save from their keeper. However, the game was put to bed following a header by Steve Nolon, and Whittle completing his hat trick just before half time.
With the game put to bed, Hoole could have had 3 or 4 more with Chances for Hollingworth, Jordan, Luke and Harry following the break.
Manager Taylor was delighted with the win, and looking forward to building some momentum over the next few weeks.
