Well what can I say lads!! It was a poor first half performance by the whole team, they seemed to be able to work there way from there centre half to there midfield and knock it on to there foward that wasn't short of pace and could also finish, he could of had 4 in the first half. We went down 0-1 when they had a corner there was a bit of a goal mouth scramble and they scored from a weak header witch Andy Shaw should of cleared with ease of the line. In all fairness we held our heads up and carried on. We had a few chances but we were caught off side far to easy. We did get a break where Nathen Hickley played a nice ball to Aaron Vassello who in turn took a couple of players on and drilled it from a tight angle into the net. 1-1 Then has to be the most shocking piece of refering you will see all season, there speedy striker was nearly 6 yards off side our Lineman flags, but the referee over rules it and he finishes well, 1-2 a few choice words were said to the referee but he's not having none of it. At half time 2 subs were bought on Dave Housome and Ben Roxbourgh we started the 2nd half well with Nipper having an instant impact on the game. His run led to a foul and we got a penalty. Vass tucked it Away at the 2nd time of asking after the ref asked for a retake. Game on 2-2. We started playing football passing and moving for each other but again Nipper had another run and again they fouled him just on the edge of the box. Up steps Vass again and drills it into the bottom right corner. 3-2. We were growing in confidence and passing it well a great move that went from our keeper through our defence through our midfield and a great knock down the wing for Simon Hann who crossed it directly onto the incoming Matt Cox for a diving header.4-2 in fairness the dragons kept coming at us and they pulled 1 back with a great finish.4-3 We carried on battleing and a cross by Nipper to the on coming Matt Cox who was taken out for another pen. Vass again drills it down the centre. 5-3 With time runnin out there was still to be another two goals, a mistake in defence once more lead to a another goal 5-4. but with predetor Vass in front off goal there was no cuome back on 6-4 We kept the ball well and could of scored 4 or 5 more with Sab Choudhury missing nearly 3 guilt edged chances on another day he would of buried them. The final whistle goes and looking back we did well to get back into it. But we all rallied and it's a hard 3 points earned.
