Just like to say a few words on sunday. I think after a slow start we began to find our feet throughout the match. During the early stages a few of our players were guilty of being pulled out of position. Especially the center of midfield. However the introduction of James Purday and also the tactical switch of gary shorney into the middle of the park soon gave us shape and a platform to express ourself in the game. This platform also came from towering performances from the back from joe sucheki and niko. This better shape allowed us to find alot more space in the wider positions. This benefitted our full backs greatly and we were rewared by a fantastic goal from rikki cox. Then a powerful mazy run late on allowed the opportunity to put a fantasic delivery in the mixer for a late arriving... gary shorney to direct the ball into the corner of the net. Also great performances from rich lohan, dan harris, lewis roberts and nik wheeler who effortlessly changed positions whenever asked and did a fantastic job in showing great versatility. Dan harris especially looked danderous down the left late on playing in a position where he is not most suited to. Kelvin martin showed he he is a very accomplished defender however an horrific leg wound restricted him from getting forward at times. Joe coffey seemed to drift in and out of the game and it must be said that we may need more from the big number 9 in weeks to come. Im sure it will come with fitness and sharpness. Tom nash showed us in his 12 minute cameo what a true true natural talent he is. A fit tom nash to Bps could be the difference between a good team and great team. Jason magee showed in glimpses what a threat he can be outwide. With a little more urgency to get to the ball he will terrify players up and down the league. I would also like to congratulate sam evans on his debut as a keeper. Technically supberb and a huge reasurring presence behind the back 4. With some work on distribution could without a doubt be the best goalkeeper in the league. Many thankd for playing in a position not many people seem to enjoy. Finally I would just like to say what an absolute disgrace there manager has made of himself and the team of shadwell rovers. I thought we were of the upmost professionalism. To say they controlled the game is an outrage. We had 70% possession. What game was he watching. Cant wait to play them next time with half a seasons experience I beliveve we could put them well and truley to the sword. However its onwards and upwards for the MIGHTY BPS and bring on Almondsbury athletic on sunday   Andrew Williams
