Eyam AFC delivered a stunning performance at Eyam Sports Field on 1st September 2024, securing a resounding 5-0 victory over Brampton Victoria FC in a league home match. The match, which kicked off at 10:45 am, showcased Eyam's attacking prowess and defensive solidity, leaving their opponents struggling to keep pace throughout the encounter.
Eyam AFC lined up in a 4-3-3 formation, a tactical setup designed to maximise width and attacking options. Tim White took his place in goal, shielded by a back four consisting of Jack Higgins on the right, Kai Williams and Dominic Sidwell in central defence, and Joe West on the left. The midfield trio featured Tom Ibbeson on the right, Jack Tanfield in the centre, and Alexander Cormack on the left, while the forward line comprised Elliot Crilley on the right, Michael Judge as the central striker, and Luke Boatswain on the left.
