For the second game running the Arms were slow off the blocks. A simple ball down the wing and the Mostyn player was through and he neatly finshed under the body of Craig Millward. On 10 minutes it got worse as Joe Buckley won a tackle but was caught by his opponants raised foot. This was the end of the game and meant Manager Keelan had to reshuffle the team. Utility man Justin Bishop dropped to right back, George Wilson went to left wing and Richard Buckley came on up front. A minute later the Arms defence failed to mark close enough and a square ball allowed the Mostyn player to run on goal and score their second. The Arms first chance of the game came from a George Wilson corner, Justin Bishop heading just wide. On 18 minutes the Arms suddenly clicked, George Wilson stormed down the left wing, whipped in a low cross, where Buckers flicked the ball home from inside the 6yd box. One minute later Scott Wilson sent a diagonal ball to the left wing, his brother George pulled it down in one and fired a shot straight into the left corner of the net. The Arms then took the lead, Jono squaring the ball from the right wing and Buckers scoring his second goal and the Arms third goal in 3 minutes. On 24 minutes Jono crossed for Lyndon Jackson who put the chance wide. The Arms were left to rue this chance as a minute later it was 3-3. On 39 minutes Craig Millward turned a Mostyn shot over the bar. Moments later an Arms cross was met by Dom Hudson but his powerful header went straight at the keeper. With a minute of the half left, Nick Atkinson got himself out of position and the ball over the top of him allowed their winger to drive down on goal and slip his shot into the net.

Dan Sutton was brought on for Nick Atkinson for the second half. On 52 minutes Jono Harrison went through down the right wing but his shot was saved. Just after the hour mark George tryed an overhead shot which went just wide. With 15 minutes left Mark Hodgson-Welch knocked the ball over the top for Buckers to run onto. He managed to avoid the covering defender and then flicked the ball past the keeper into the empty net. On 76 minutes Simon Lowe came on for Lyndon Jackson who had run himself ragged in midfield. Lowe was seriosly late on his first challenge when he flattened an opponant, luckily the ref gave him the benefit of the doubt and didn't even issue a card. On 83 minutes the Arms took the lead again. There was a scramble inside the 6yd box and Mark Hodgson-Welch managed to back flick a ball for Simon Lowe to far home. On 85 minutes Craig made a great save to his left. With 2 mnutes left Jono Harrison should have wrapped up the points, he was put through but the keeper made a good save to his left. In injury time the Arms almost pressed the self destruct twice. Both centre halves got in each others way allowing a Mostyn shot saved by Millwards feet. Then Dan Sutton gave a weak header home and there was Millward again stoming off his line to make another great save.
