What is the Natwest Premier League?
The Natwest Premier League is an amateur football league in England. It is the top division of the National League System, which is the fifth tier of the English football league system. The league was founded in 2004 and is currently sponsored by NatWest.
The league consists of 24 teams, divided into two divisions of 12 teams each. The teams play each other home and away, with the top two teams in each division at the end of the season promoted to the National League. The bottom four teams in each division are relegated to the Northern Premier League Premier Division or the Southern League Premier Division.
How does the Natwest Premier League work?
