Ipswich Sunday Football League

The Ipswich Sunday Football League (ISFL) is an amateur football league based in Ipswich, Suffolk, England. It was founded in 1921 and currently has over 100 teams competing in 10 divisions.

The ISFL is affiliated to the Suffolk FA and is a member of the Eastern Counties Football League. The league's top division, the Open Division, is currently sponsored by Flowsports.

History

Ipswich Sunday Football League action

The ISFL was founded in 1921 by a group of local football enthusiasts. The league initially had just four divisions, but has since expanded to its current size.

The ISFL has produced a number of players who have gone on to play professional football, including former Ipswich Town stars Mick Mills and Terry Butcher.
