What is A Division?
A Division is an amateur football league in England. It is the highest level of amateur football in the country, and is made up of teams from across the country. The league is divided into regional divisions, and the top teams from each division qualify for the national playoffs.
A Division was founded in 1974, and has been running ever since. The current champions are Fleetwood Town.
How does it work?
A Division is a league format, with each team playing each other once home and away. The top teams at the end of the season qualify for the national playoffs, which are played to determine the champions.
