Victory FC was founded in 2020 by a group of parents who were looking for a competitive soccer opportunity for their children. The team's inaugural season was in August 2020, and they won the NCSAA National Championship.
Victory FC is a non-profit organization, and all of the proceeds from the team go back into the program. The team offers scholarships to players who demonstrate financial need.
