The Rattlers were founded in 1968. They have won the district championship 17 times, the regional championship 4 times, and the state championship once, in 2019.

Recent Accomplishments
The Rattlers finished the 2022 season with a record of 17-2-1. They won the district championship and the regional championship, and they advanced to the state quarterfinals.
The Rattlers are led by head coach Jorge Guerra. Guerra has been the head coach of the Rattlers since 2017. He is a graduate of Sharyland High School and Texas A&M University.
