Luso Test is a football (soccer) team based in Laval, Quebec, Canada. The team was founded in 1976 by a group of Portuguese immigrants. Luso Test currently competes in the Ligue Laval A Division 1, the top amateur league in Laval.
History
Luso Test has a long and successful history. The team has won the Ligue Laval A Division 1 championship 10 times, most recently in 2022. Luso Test has also won the Quebec Cup twice, in 2017 and 2019.
The team has produced several players who have gone on to play professionally, including Paulo Da Silva, who played for the Canadian national team, and Nuno Bettencourt, who played for the Montreal Impact.
