hopes alive was founded and established in 18th February 2014,formerly called ford rangers(2014 - 2016)and later changed due to various copyright issues and it became black tigers soccer academy from (2016 - 2021) but the community thought the name wasn't representing everybody and it was later changed to soccer for change africa but still they thought it isn't within what their vision and it was then they agreed and to call it hopes alive sports academy,because it represent the values and principles of the young people in the community ;meaning keep your hopes alive for you to aim high without loosing hope .
Hopes Alive Sports Academy
Hopes Alive Sports Academy is a football academy based in Lusaka, Zambia. It was founded in 2010 by a group of former professional footballers who wanted to give young people in the community the opportunity to play football and develop their skills.
The academy has a team that competes in the Future Stars Development League, which is a youth league for players aged 15-17 years old. The academy also has a number of other teams for players of different ages and abilities.

Future Stars Development League
The Future Stars Development League is a youth football league for players aged 15-17 years old. It is run by the Football Association of Zambia (FAZ) and is designed to provide young players with the opportunity to develop their skills and compete against other talented players.
The league is divided into three divisions: the Premier Division, the Division One, and the Division Two. The top four teams in the Premier Division at the end of the season qualify for the FAZ Youth Cup.
The Future Stars Development League is a popular competition and attracts a number of talented young players from all over Zambia. It is seen as a stepping stone to the professional game, and many players who have played in the league have gone on to play for the Zambia national team.
