The team has been steadily improving since its inception and has won several trophies in recent years. In 2021, they won the Masaya Soccer League Mayor title for the first time.

F.C. Cobras are currently in second place in the Masaya Soccer League Mayor table. They are only one point behind the leaders, CD Masaya.

The team has been playing well this season and is confident of winning the title. They have a strong squad with a good mix of experience and youth.

The Masaya Soccer League is an amateur football league in Masaya, Nicaragua. It was founded in 1960 and is currently composed of 12 teams. The league plays its matches on weekends at the Estadio Municipal de Masaya.
