Y9 FC is a football team based in Nakawa, Uganda. The team was founded in 2010 and currently competes in the FUFA Big League, the second tier of Ugandan football.
The team's home ground is the Nakawa Technical Secondary School Playground. The team's colors are yellow and black.
History
Y9 FC was founded in 2010 by a group of friends who were passionate about football. The team quickly rose through the ranks of the Ugandan football pyramid, and in 2018, they were promoted to the FUFA Big League.
In their first season in the FUFA Big League, Y9 FC finished in third place. They have since gone on to establish themselves as a top-flight side, and they are currently challenging for promotion to the Uganda Premier League.
