Woking & Horsell FC has been in existence in its present guise since 1990. In that year two local football clubs Woking Park, founded 1972, and Horsell, founded 1921, merged together in order to compete at a higher level. Since the amalgamation the club has run two Saturday teams, the firsts and reserves playing in the Surrey Intermediate League. WHFC has enjoyed success in this league with the firsts and seconds becoming league champions in 2000/2001 as well as numerous cup final victories including the Surrey County Cup in 2005.

Woking & Horsell First XI are a Saturday football team made up of 27 team members. The team is from Woking, Surrey, England, United Kingdom and play in the Surrey Intermediate League (Western) Division One.
The team was formed in 1990 as a result of the merger of two local clubs, Woking Park and Horsell. Since then, they have enjoyed success in the Surrey Intermediate League, winning the league title in 2000/01 and 2018/19. They have also won the Surrey County Cup on three occasions, in 2005, 2012 and 2019.
The team's home ground is at Horsell Sports Ground, which is located on Horsell Road in Woking. The ground has a capacity of 2,000 spectators.

The Surrey Intermediate League (Western) is a football league in Surrey, England. It is the second tier of the Surrey Intermediate League, below the Surrey Premier League. The league consists of 16 teams and plays a home and away season. The top two teams at the end of the season are promoted to the Surrey Premier League, while the bottom two teams are relegated to the Surrey Intermediate League (Eastern).
The Surrey Intermediate League (Western) was founded in 1990. The current champions are Woking & Horsell First XI.
