WKK Vers was founded in 1947 by a group of friends who met at the Versluys Kantine, a Dutch social club in London. The club's original name was Versluys Kantine, but it was changed to WKK Vers in 1970.
WKK Vers has played in a number of different leagues throughout its history. The club has won the London Intermediate Football League on three occasions, in 1984-85, 1990-91, and 2018-19.
