The club was founded in 1904 and play their home games at Westfield Lane. Their home kit is red and white striped shirts, black shorts and red socks.
Westfield Rangers have won the Sheffield and Hallamshire County FA League Division One on three occasions, in 1983, 1992 and 2019. They have also won the Sheffield and Hallamshire County FA Cup on two occasions, in 1991 and 2018.
