Tuffley Rovers Development is a football team based in Tuffley, Gloucestershire, England. They play in the Uhlsport Hellenic League Division One West, which is the sixth tier of the English football league system.
The team was founded in 2009 as a way to provide opportunities for young players who were not quite ready for the first team. They have since gone on to become one of the most successful development teams in the area, winning the Uhlsport Hellenic League Division Two West in 2012-13 and the Uhlsport Hellenic League Division One West in 2016-17.
The team is managed by Paul Jackson, who has been in charge since 2011. Jackson is a former professional footballer who played for clubs such as Bristol Rovers and Cheltenham Town.
